VIRTUAL DEVELOPER INFORMATION SESSION

eOne Properties held a Virtual Developer Information Session (VDIS) for the proposed development at 380 E 1st St., North Vancouver, BC. This session was an opportunity to learn about the project and provide early input.
Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025 Time: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The development was presented with drawings, sketches, renderings, and video. This was followed by a live Q&A period. For those that were unable to attend the live VDIS, questions and feedback may be submitted until Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025 by email to admin@380e1st.ca or via the City of North Vancouver’s development website at: https://www.cnv.org/Business-Development/Building/Land-Use-Approvals/Active-Applications/380-East-1st-Street

Comments were collected by a dedicated note-taker during the session.
